After the First World Congress which was held in Palma De Mallorca in May 1992, Dr.Paessler and Dr.Imbert suggested the idea of the new organization of Sports Traumatology in Europe including different nations through north, east, south, west, or middle Europe.

Presidential greetings to all members of EFOST

Dear Friends,

As we see in Belgium the first appearance of nice and sunny weather, we know that the summer is announcing.

Two years ago, May 2007, on my election as the President of EFOST, l did you some promises: l wanted EFOST to become more active, more communicative and more expansive to Europe. l believe, with the help of our strong Executive Board and a good working Full Board, l can see that part of our mission has been realised. We are not yet at the end of the tunnel. Some challenges were anticipated others were not.
